Authority: Darlington County Code of Ordinances, Chapter 58, Article II

Membership: Consists of eight members appointed by each county councilmember to represent each of the eight (8) council districts.

Term of Office: 4 Year Terms

Responsibilities: Any person who objects to the valuation and assessment placed upon his/her property may appeal to this Board in the manner provided by the law for appeals.
